Membership

To become a member, applicants must send the membership form to prolocosuvereto@gmail.com, after reading the Articles of Association published on the EVS page of this website.

Data provided with the membership application is processed to manage the membership relationship, maintain the register of members and fulfil statutory and legal obligations.

Recipients and hosting

• Authorised EVS staff and members of governing bodies, within the scope of their duties.
• Technology providers supplying website hosting and maintenance services (including the cloud infrastructure used to publish the site online).
• Parties providing services strictly connected to the stated purposes (e.g. accounting or legal advisors), where necessary.

Retention period

Technical browsing data is kept for as long as strictly necessary for the operation and security of the website.

Contact data is kept for the time needed to respond to the request and subsequently for the period required by law or the Articles of Association.

Member data is kept for the entire duration of the membership relationship and for the statutory periods after it ends.
